F5 will be my first 4kg beer. The plan is to bottle 18 liters from it.
I'm not sure if I will include pilsen; this beer will need all the maltiness available. To that end, I will sparge the grains.
To sparge, I'll siphon the wort from under the bag into a bucket, pour boiling water into the bag, "wash" the grain, remove the bag, combine the worts, and boil as usual.
