I think that b2 is the batch with biscuit and the one I under primed.
It demonstrated a very nice head but did not retain. Not much cling.
Less trub than usual and a fine color
There is carbonation but nothing too visible. Carbonation pronounced in the mouth on second and third pourings.
The bitterness is remarkable but my pallet always needs time to adjust with the first homebrew.
Very much an anchor steam flavor almost to the point of an ipa!
Very bright.
Trub seems very stable at the bottom and nothing stirred up on the third ten oz pouring.
Wow. Fourth pouring of what are probably twelve oz glasses and still no trub. Beer is still almost as bright as first glass. Alcohol is evident but not part of profile.
Creamy, malty, bitter, and astringent in a nice way. A little low on carbonation but that probably helps keep the trub down. Not under carbonated.
Wow. Last seven ozs or so cloudy but no floaters. Taste the same.
