I forgot what day I put the latest batch into the FV. I think it was Saturday, July 26th. That would make it two weeks ago today.
The BRY-97 was slow to start like everybody says ...but fermentation got going very strongly after a few days and after stationing it next to the space heater 2 or 3 days, it took off like a bat out of hell.
All balloons are down, right now. Hardly a burble.
I still have 20 liters more wort; I want to decant a barrel into a secondary ...then pour the wort directly onto the yeast cake.
I hope I won't need a blow-off tube for that.
