Decant into secondary fermenter Batch 3
Fill the same fermenter with Batch 5 (re-using yeast)
Friday, 26 Dec: Begin drinking Batch 1
Sunday, 28 Dec: Nothing to bottle this week
Decant into secondary fermenter Batch 4
Fill the same fermenter with Batch 6 (re-using yeast)
